Yoast Contributor day 2022
Spring into contributing! It's spring, and that means another edition of the Yoast Contributor day! This day we're planting seeds to create a bigger and better WordPress in the future. But we won't do that alone. We need you to join us! ?
This day will be open to everyone who wants to contribute to WordPress. No matter if you are an experienced contributor or a first-timer. Everyone can join! And apart from contributing to WordPress, this day allows you to make new connections and get to know many people from Yoast! ?
⏰ When and where?
When? May 13, from 10:00 AM till 3:30 PM (UTC+2). You're free to join for the whole day, or only for a couple of hours – that’s up to you!
Where? Online. All of us will be working in Zoom breakout rooms (download the Zoom program here).

❓ What tables can I choose from?
The working groups that you can choose from are:

| #Core | Sergey Biryukov & Rolf Siebers | Will look at what tickets are open a few days before and select some good first tickets and some tickets for more experienced contributors to give contributors some options to pick what to work in. |

| #Polyglots | Jesús Amieiro & Samah Nasr | Will work on Core, Yoast and a list of most popular plugins and themes that need a translation. |

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! The main break-out room will be also used as a help desk. You may join this desk at any time and Taco will be there to help you figure out how you can contribute, tell you more about what the Contributor day is and answer other questions.
