Advent of Code 2021
It’s that time of year where Yoast participates in Advent of Code! Ever heard of this event before? Well, the idea is based on the advent calendar that is known to count down to Christmas. Instead of chocolates, this one consists of small programming puzzles. Read on to find out how it works – or sign up directly!
How does it work?
Starting December 1st, you get to open a new puzzle every day. The puzzles are made for a variety of skill sets and can be solved in any programming language you like. You’ll get points for each puzzle you solve, and the faster and earlier you do that, the more points you’ll get. You don’t need a computer science background to join – just a little programming knowledge and some problem-solving skills.
This year, Yoast has an external leaderboard where you can join and compete with Yoast's developers! Wait no longer and register today by following these steps:
- Go to the sign-up page;
- Identify yourself via one of the services;
- Join the external Yoast leaderboard: Click on Private Leaderboard and add code 1492370-e80ee666.
